Which picture of the pier do you prefer

Went down to Southwold pier last night hoping to get a shot in some nice light as the sun set (even though the sun would be behind me as I took the shot).  Unfortunately, the light was not nice.  So instead I took some shots of the pier after the sun had gone down and the lights came on.  This allowed me to take long exposures - about 25 seconds.  A few different approaches to processing and I don't know which shot I like the best. What do you think? Shot 1 - taken from further away

Shot 2 - taken close to the pier

Shot 3 - the same as shot 2 but with different post processing
