About steve

Steve was born in Maldon, Essex, UK in 1969. Since then he has lived in Chelmsford apart from a few years when he went to Keele University in Staffordshire.

In 1990 he began training as a patent attorney in London, and is now a Chartered and European Patent Attorney and partner in the London firm of Reddie & Grose LLP.

Steve's interest in photography began soon after he started work when he bought a secondhand Pentax SLR with his first pay cheque. After some years shooting film - mainly slides - he joined the digital world with a Pentax iST-D. In 2010 he started shooting with a Nikon D7000, and added a D600 to the collection in 2013 and a D500 at the end of 2016.
